Smart Logics is hiring a performance-driven Business Development and Growth Manager to generate and close software and AI projects through LinkedIn, email outreach, professional networks, freelance platforms, and other lead-generation channels. This is a base salary plus commission role. We are looking for a serious revenue generator who can identify qualified prospects, build relationships, conduct sales calls, and close high-value projects, not someone who only sends generic messages.
If you already have any experience in Sales & Business Development, specifically in software sales, not selling physical products or working in call centers, then apply for the Sales Internship. This program is only for beginners who want to learn about Sales & Business Development. This is not a regular internship program. This will be a 3-month-long program. In the first 2 months, the main focus will be on training. The instructor will be teaching you, and you will be implementing what you learn. The last month will be the performance analysis month, and based on your performance, you may join the team full-time. This is purely a training program, and we will still be giving you a stipend.
